Actually, it's funny AND sad. You have a Black Bush in the oval office, and you don't give a shit - he calls himself a "liberal" and he's a black man - and apparently that's good enough. It's obvious you don't have a clue about history - neither ancient or current - and you don't have a clue about politics either. Obama is doing EXACTLY what Bush did - as did Clinton before him - the only policy changes have been to accelerate the conversion of the country to a Communist/Socialist/Fascist form of government - and if you KNEW anything about styles of government, you'd see that... but then, most people who like Obama ARE socialists - or stunningly ignorant (or both).

The good news is that there is a tide rising. People are finally waking up to the fact that their country is being stolen right out from under them - that their children will grow up in a nightmare world run by bureaucrats and feeble-minded self-described "liberals" who can only chant mantras and slogans. People who can't read,or research, or think for themselves - truly "cattle" - go along with the crowd, don't think, don't question, just as long as it makes you feel good it's OK. Well, to you, I say: get your vaccinations, trust the Obamanation at his word, believe that the Gubmint is here to saaaave you... that way, you'll not be around much longer, and those of us who love this COUNTRY - those of us who have fought and bled and died for her(regardless of being fooled into doing so) - won't have to put up with your moronic drivel for much longer.

And frankly, if you don't like the principles that this country was founded on - personal responsibility, self-sufficiency, liberty, small government - then get the f&%k out. Go to China - or Europe - where someone can wipe your ass, and feed you and clothe you and house you - and you get it all fo' free!... and as Samuel Adams said: ".. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."

Comment on Newt Gingrich aka Chicken Little

Wow, I never knew that Newt Gingrich aka Chicken Little. With a simple three-question survey about politicians of high office, it turned out that the audiences of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity answered correctly more than did that of the Colbert Report, Daily Show and CNN.

The quiz asked the names of two of the world’s leaders and one party in power to determine what audience is most well informed. Survey participants were asked the names of the Secretary of State, the British Prime Minister and the name of the party currently controlling the House of Representatives.

According to the report on livescience.com, the audiences of the Daily Show and the Colbert Report have more college graduates than that of Hannity and Colmes, yet the Hannity audience answered more of the questions correctly than did that of Colbert and Stewart. Apparently the audiences of conservative shows are more politically informed than those of liberal shows.

The questions concerning US politics fared better than the question of who is Prime Minister of England, though. Only the readers of The New Yorker/Atlantic (59%) and listeners of NPR (57%) knew at above 50% that Gordon Brown is the current PM of Britain. All the other respondents were under 49%.

But, where it concerns US politics, more respondents from the Rush Limbaugh and Hannity & Colmes shows knew that Condi Rice was the current Sec. of State and that the Democrats currently controlled the House of Reps, beating the audiences of Colbert, Stewart, the NewsHour, C-SPAN, Letterman and Leno, CNN and the Nat’l Enquirer. Even O’Reilly’s audience didn’t fare as well as Limbaugh’s and Hannity & Colmes.’
